Chinese Steamed Pears

Ingredients :

4 pears
4 tablespoons honey

Method :

Remove the tops of the pears by cutting it off with a sharp kitchen knife. Keep the top as a lid to be used later. Core the pears. Fill each pear with one tablespoon of honey. Replace the lid (cut-off portion) to the top of the pears. Steam the pears upright in heatproof dishes. Serve while hot.
