2-1/2 Cups Fresh Pineapple (chunks) + Juice
1/4 cup cream of coconut
3 oz rum
1 TBSP Honey
1 Whole Pineapple
1 cup crushed ice
Remove the top of a pineapple, and then use a coring tool, knife, and your hands to carefully remove as much of the flesh as possible being extremely careful not to puncture the shell.
Combine all of the above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into the empty pineapple shell and garnish with a tiki umbrella, pineapple wedge, and straw.
