Another Verizon Nightmare
So, Verizon proves, yet AGAIN, it's wonderful reputation. A recent interaction went just like this:
"Unfortunately, the truck just pulled up at about 5:55pm. The tech is trying to find a way not to do this, but I am uncooperative in that I inform him that I have security here 24/7. He is making a call. He doesn't like his job, he doesn't like Verizon. We agree that everything sucks. He needs more help. He's on hold. He makes contact. He can't do it today, they will reschedule. He leaves. I don't want him to do this work anyway, because he will surely hack it up. I am grateful that the week is ending.
