Seasar Salad Dressing
Recipe: Seasar Salad Dressing
- 10.5 oz. package Japanese-style firm silken tofu
- 10 green olives
- 1 Tbs. olive brine (from olive jar)
- 2 Tbs. nori flakes or toasted, crumbled nori sheet (1 can anchovies (drained) for Joe's version)
- 1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbs. nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbs. water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp. minced garlic (6 cloves for Joe's version)
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil (a little less than 1/2 cup regular olive oil for Joe's version)
Place all ingredients except oil in blender. Process until blended. Slowly drizzle in oil while processing.
