2 Tbs. nori flakes or toasted, crumbled nori sheet (1 can anchovies (drained) for Joe's version)
1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. nutritional Yeast
1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
3 Tbs. water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. minced garlic (6 cloves for Joe's version)
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil (a little less than 1/2 cup regular olive oil for Joe's version)
Place all ingredients except oil in blender. Process until blended. Slowly drizzle in oil while processing.
