Crab Cakes

Recipe: Crab Cakes

  • 1 Lb. Crab Meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Crab Seasoning (Old Bay)
  • 1 tsp Parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 slices bread
Combine all but crab and bread in small mixing bowl Place crab into large mixing bowl Break up bread into tiny pieces and place in bowl with crab Pour spice mixture over crab and bread and mix gently

Shape into small patties

Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 until golden brown

Bake, DON'T Fry!
