Spicy Thai Vinaigrette
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons lime juice
2-3 tablespoons garlic-chile sauce (asian markets)
1-1/2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1 tablespoon chopped mint
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1-1/e teaspoons toasted black sesame seeds (asian markets)
1/2 teaspoon coriander
Koser salt
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 cup peanut oil
