Mangoe Lime Salsa

Mangoe Lime Salsa

2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and finely diced
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
2 serrano peppers, minced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt


In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.

Cover and let stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Serve at room temperature.
