Roasted Butternut Squash (diced)
Roasted Beets (diced)
Almonds (toasted if you prefer)
Avocado (diced)
Iceberg Lettuce
Red Bell pepper
Craisins
Hard Boiled Egg
Toss together and optionally add dressing.
