    2-3/4 teaspoons dried oregano

    2-3/4 teaspoons dried basil

    2 teaspoons pepper

    2 teaspoons salt

    2 teaspoons onion powder

    2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard

    1-1/3 cups red wine vinegar
